ListContractor.com does not endorse or recommend the services of any particular Service Professional.  We are a listing service only.  It is entirely up to your discretion to enter into a contract or otherwise reach an agreement with a contractor. We do not guarantee or warrant the contractor’s performance on the job, or the outcome or quality of the services performed. ListContractor.com does not perform and is not responsible for any of the services requested by you  The contractors are not employees or agents of ListContractor.com, and ListContractor.com is not an agent of the contactor. Your rights under contracts you enter into with contractors or Service Professionals are governed by the terms of such contracts and by federal, state, provincial and local laws. In the case that you have a dispute with any contractor or Service Professional, you must address such dispute with the Service Professional directly, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE LISTCONTRACTOR.COM AND ALL OTHER WEBSITES LINKED TO, OR ASSOCIATED WITH, LISTCONTRACTOR.COM INCLUDING ALL COMPANY RELATATED INDIVIDUALS AND ANY OTHER PERSON, FIRM, OR ENTITY FROM ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS OF EVERY KIND OR NATURE, SUSPECTED AND UNSUSPECTED, KNOWN AND UNKNOWN, AND DISCLOSED OR UNDISCLOSED, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH SUCH DISPUTES AND YOUR DEALINGS WITH CONTRACTORS OR SERVICE PROFESSIONALS.
